Policies are a key intervention for promoting consideration of sex and gender in the design, data collection and analysis of health and medical research.

Developing Policies

Research is currently being undertaken to develop an Australian context specific framework for the collection, reporting and analysis of sex and gender data in health and medical research.

Organisations from across the sector can utilise these frameworks to develop their own tailored policy.
